Andersen's conversion kit installation - Remodeling Show 2010

The annual Remodeling Show in Baltimore recently provided the perfect stage for filming a series of “How To” videos for Andersen that will be available for viewing soon at monkeysee.com.

Pictured is Kevin Anez, product line manager at Andersen Corporation. Donning a tool belt, Anez demonstrates the proper step-by-step installation of Andersen’s Narroline conversion kit while camera operator Jose Ramos catches his every move.

The replacement and remodeling market represents an increasing percentage of today’s building sector. Installation videos like those offered on Monkey See are becoming more popular as a result. Homeowners are educating themselves on what improvements make the most sense to help reduce energy costs.

Through the years Andersen Corporation has lead the industry in innovation. Despite tough times at present, the company continues that legacy. This year marks the introduction of two new product lines perfect for remodeling. Andersen’s 100 Series is designed with durability in mind to reduce future waste streams. It preserves indoor air quality, emitting no stain or paint fumes as the windows arrive pre-finished.

The A Series leads the pack among Andersen products in energy efficiency and custom design options. Multiple window types fit seamlessly alongside each other and offer superb energy savings. A Series uses Andersen’s Fibrex® material in its components, which contains more than 40 percent pre-consumer wood fiber reclaimed from Andersen manufacturing processes.
